These terms apply to PULSEBOUND on every platform and to this website. By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play PULSEBOUND for your own non-commercial entertainment. Songs generated by your runs may be shared and used for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example in your own videos), with credit to PULSEBOUND appreciated.

2. Accounts

The game creates an anonymous account automatically. You can link an email, Apple or Google account to restore progress on other devices. Keep access to that email or account safe; we cannot restore an account you can no longer sign in to.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• "Royalties" (in-game coins), orbs, upgrades and Premium are a limited licence to use virtual content inside the game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Refunds are handled by them according to their policies and applicable law.
• If a purchase does not arrive, use Restore purchases or contact us. Every purchase is recorded and can be re-delivered.
• We may adjust the game's balance and economy over time to keep it fair and fun.

4. Fair play and public names

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the game or its servers, or use offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonating stage names. We may remove scores and names, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability

The game works offline. Online features (cloud save, leaderboards) are provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update or discontinue features; if we ever shut down online services we will give reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
